JobLedger Support
A little help with your paperwork.
Estimates, invoices and payment records for independent tradespeople.
Contact support
Include your app version, device model, iOS version and what happened. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or a full client backup.
Get started
- Open Settings → Business profile and save your business details.
- Add a client, then create a job with its work-site address.
- Create an estimate or invoice. Add labor or materials, quantity and rate, then set the issue and due or validity dates.
- Issue the document to assign its number and preserve its details. Use Share PDF to choose where to send or save it.
Invoices and payments
Open an issued estimate and choose Create invoice. The invoice keeps the original estimate’s business and client details. Issue it before recording payments.
Record payment tracks money you already received elsewhere. It does not charge your client. Removing an incorrect record changes the balance; it does not send a refund.
Issued details stay with the document. To prepare a changed version, choose Duplicate as draft.
Back up before changing devices
Open Settings → Export backup, then choose Save to Files or another private destination. Backups contain your clients, jobs, documents, payment records and photos. The app does not encrypt exported backup files.
Import backup replaces the entire local workspace after confirmation; it does not merge workspaces. Export a current copy first. Keep regular backups before deleting the app or replacing your device. JobLedger has no automatic device sync.
If the workspace cannot open, choose Try opening again. Restoring a backup requires confirmation before the saved workspace is replaced.
Subscriptions
JobLedger Pro offers monthly and annual plans with the same features. Settings shows each available App Store price and billing period; the annual plan is charged in full each year. Restore purchases checks for an active plan on your Apple Account. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for help. Existing issued PDFs and payment recording remain available after expiry.
